If it says 30 days and it does the same on other computers and does this with other downloads then you might make a comment on the Corel Facebook page and see if that helps.įollowing on from your suggestion, I tried installing the trial on a laptop, and it was successful. It would seem that somehow if yours is showing 0 days left that something has finished off your days on your trial.

Up in the top right it shows as 30 days left in trial. On close I get the screen asking for Buy now or Already purchased.

It required me to register with Corel which I did. It installed correctly on a spare laptop computer running Win 7 Home Premium. (Your profile does not show any location so I could not be mor direct) I used the USA site as I assumed you were using that. I just downloaded the trial from the Corel site in USA. If the same result occurs on all other computers with that download then it will show a problem with the Corel trial program. Do you have access to another computer or two that you can try and install X7 on. My options here are to enter a serial number, go "Back" (to the registration screen) or "Cancel".Īt no point does the trial software open (which the video says should happen first), and I am not given any option to start the trial. The trial activation video tells me to click on Already Purchased, which takes me to the serial number screen that I have already described. If I click on Close, the window closes and nothing else happens. On this window there are various options to "Buy Now", an "Already Purchased?" button and a "Close" button. I click "Yes", and another window opens which says "Welcome to your PaintShop Pro trial!". I get a message "Are you sure you want to cancel?". Whether I register or not, I can only close the window by clicking the at top right.

If I fill in the form and click Register, the window turns white and nothing else happens, but I do receive a confirmation-of-registration email (I have three so far). There are a couple of form boxes for Email address and country, and a Register button, nothing else. When I click on either of the installed desktop icons, it opens a small window which says "Please register your copy of PaintShop Pro X7 today". It installs both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. The downloaded file is called PSPX7_TBYB30.exe. The trial software was downloaded from Corel's Free Trials page.
